Return & Cancellation Policy — Aventique's Store Order cancellation • You may request to cancel an order before it is shipped. Contact us with your order number and phone number used at checkout. • Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, our return rules below apply. Returns & exchanges • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. • Defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. • Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for eligible products; return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Non-returnable items • Personal care, food, and custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. Refunds • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (or as cash adjustment for COD orders, where applicable). • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. How to start a return 1. Email or message us with your order number, item name, and reason for return. 2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions. 3. Ship or drop off the item as instructed.
