Return & Cancellation Policy — Aventique's Store Order cancellation • You may request to cancel an order before it is shipped. Contact us with your order number and phone number used at checkout. • Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, our return rules below apply. Returns & exchanges • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. • Defective or wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. • Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for eligible products; return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Non-returnable items • Personal care, food, and custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. Refunds • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (or as cash adjustment for COD orders, where applicable). • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
